Our relationship starts with an initial consultation with you to discuss your project ideas in detail. - CUSTOMIZED QUOTE
We prepares a customized quote based on your specific project details. We provide you with a written quote and specs so there is no question what is included. - DESIGN PHASE
Whether you use one of our many available plans or your own plan, we will help you customize the plan to meet your personal needs and budget. We feel this process is very important in order to make the building process enjoyable and hassle free. - CONTRACT
Once a final price is accepted, a detailed set of specifications are included as part of the contract to limit any questions during the building process. - PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
Before construction begins, Joy will meet with you to review your personalized Custom Home Planner made just for you. In the planner, you will find all your important information regarding the construction process from Construction and Selections Schedules to Change Orders and Allowance Summary all conveniently organized. - CONSTRUCTION
Once construction begins Neil will supervise your project personally. There will be several site meetings at different phases of your project. These meetings are an important part of the process in order to ensure everything continues smoothly and on time. - ATTENTION TO DETAIL
The last 30 days are the most exciting and most critical in ensuring you 100% satisfaction. Your New Home Orientation will be the final meeting before closing in order to acclimate your to your new home and discuss any final details that need attention.
Warranty
Jarman Homes prides ourselves on quality and service before, during and after the sale. At 60 days and 11 months, Jarman Homes will contact you to initiate our Warranty process. Your assurance that you can trust everything is taken care of.
