Neil has been busy building more than homes this spring, he's been building team values while coaching Little League Baseball. Neil coached the Clayton Little League Minors REDS team to a successful season of 12 wins-2 losses and winning the Minors Championship in an exciting final game to end the season. "These boys come out to play baseball and have fun, but they are also learning important values like respect, patience, and perseverance, they take with them throughout their lives. I'd like to think I taught these boys a lot about baseball and a lot about life." say Neil. Neil has more coaching ahead of him with three active boys of his own. Congratulions REDS on a great season!

Neil has been an active member of the association for over 10 years serving on several different committees. Although he feels this will still be a tough year for builders, with overall traffic and home prices stabilizing he feels optimistic about the outlook for 2010 in Johnston County.
